About Us

Erika began the journey to open this Agency in late 2023, and just 5 months later officially launched Hello Dayhome Family Childcare Inc. in April 2024 Being a childcare provider for 11 years, and a mom to two small children, she understands providers in todays industry, and is an advocate for high quality childcare and supportive environments. To date we have helped open 8 day homes throughout Fort Saskatchewan and rural Sturgeon County.

Hello Dayhome FC prioritizes relationships with individuals, and fosters connections to the community. There has been an identified for need more approved family day homes throughout areas of rural northern and eastern Alberta, and we want to help fill as many gaps as we can. This also involves inclusion for children where there have been identified needs for further support. Through collaborations with organizations like Inclusive Child Care (ICC), we are able to bring further supports into programs for educators to access one on one coaching and resources from agencies such as Kids Included, if they need it. Through partnerships and communication we can help build a village of support for children and families in our communities.
